The
house at Rachtades was recently featured in the Channel Five
relocation show 'Property Dreams' and was one of the Renovation
Projects undertaken by Lefteris Tsoukalis, Director of Corfu
Estate Agents. Lefteris managed the renovation project of the
house from start to finish. Jane Horner bought the house after
looking at quite a few other potential properties in a variety
of locations in the North of Corfu. She said the village location
and the magnificent view initially attracted her to the property.
However, Jane says ..."I was also particularly impressed
with the standard of workmanship already completed and felt
comforted that controls were in place to finish the restoration
project to high standards and within agreed timescale's. I could
relax back in the UK knowing that Lefteris and his team were
managing the project and had a tight control of it." |

Jane
says she is absolutely delighted with the house now it is finished
and says ..."It was superb to be able to make so many choices
as the restoration project progressed - choice of kitchen style,
wall tiles used, floor tiles used, wall colours etc. etc. The
quality of the workmanship is excellent and wherever I have had
any queries or minor concerns they have always been answered and/or
rectified speedily. I have now spent one superb holiday in the
house and am looking forward to many, many more as are the rest
of the family. Long weekend breaks are also more than possible
as accommodation costs do not need to be considered".
